Woman found dead in Attingal lodge, accused nabbed from Kozhikode

Attingal: A day after a 35-year-old woman was found dead in a lodge room in Attingal, the suspect, Jobin George, was nabbed by the Police on Thursday.
The deceased, Vadakara native Asmina, was found dead at the Green Inn Lodge at Moonnumukku, Attingal. The accused, Jobin George, also known as Roy, from Kayamkulam, worked as a cleaning staff member at the lodge.
According to the FIR, Jobin introduced Asmina as his wife to the manager and lodged with her starting at 9 pm on Tuesday. It was sometime between then and 9 am on Wednesday that Asmina was murdered.
He was taken into custody from Kozhikode and will be brought to Attingal for evidence collection. Later, he will be produced before the Attingal Judicial First Magistrate, a police official said.
