As part of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the Voters List, those who have not received the enumeration form from the Booth Level Officers (BLO) now have the opportunity to fill in and submit the form online.
Only those who have linked their voter ID with their mobile number can submit the form online. Those registered as NRI voters can log in using their email ID. The login can be done by clicking the link ‘Fill Enumeration Form’ on the website voters.eci.gov.in.
If the screen displays ‘No information available’ while logging in, create a new account using the Sign Up option on the top right corner of the page.
- Important instructions
While entering the mobile number on the site, you may receive a message saying:**“The mobile number is not linked with the EPIC number *********. Linked Mobile Number is: XXXXXXXXXX.”In such cases, the OTP will have to be received only in the linked mobile number mentioned in the message. - If the form is being submitted online, there is no need to download or print it. The required details can be typed directly on the site. The details from the 2002 SIR can also be searched within the form. Those who wish to update their photograph may upload a new one.
Users must select one of the three options given:
(1) Voters included in the 2002 rolls
(2) Those having relatives in the 2002 list
(3) Those not included in either category
- Those whose names appear in the 2002 electoral rolls should provide the state, assembly constituency, polling booth, serial number, etc. If the list in 2002 had the name of only your relatives, mention your relationship with that person. Those not included in both categories need only provide their basic details. Documents proving eligibility must be submitted when a notice is received.
- Applicants included in the 2025 voters list but not in the 2002 list should fill in the general section at the top of the enumeration form. They need not fill the column on the left side at the bottom. However, the third column, on the bottom right half, should be filled in. Here, the applicant must provide the name of a blood relative (mother, father, grandparents, etc.).
- In this column, the name of the relative included in the 2002 list should be entered under ‘Name of the voter’, exactly as it appears in the 2002 rolls. Then enter the old EPIC number by checking the list from the same period. Ensure that the latest EPIC number is not written here.
- The next question in the third row of the section asks for the relative’s name as mentioned in the 2002 Voters List. This must be verified from the 2002 list before entering. Even if the applicant's father is no more, the information should not be changed. Enter it exactly as it appears in the 2002 rolls. Following this, the 2002 Legislative Assembly Constituency and the serial number in the booth voters list must be entered after verifying the old list.
