Thrissur: Three men were stabbed following a dispute over honking at Peramangalam on Monday night. The injured are Bineesh, his son Abhinav, and their friend Abhijith, all residents of Mundur. Police have intensified the search for the accused, Krishna Kishor of Keechery, who fled the scene after the attack.

The incident occurred around 9:30 pm, when the victims were returning home on two bikes after playing badminton. They reportedly honked twice after riding up behind Kishor’s bike. After they overtook him, Kishor allegedly chased them, intercepted their bikes, and picked a quarrel.

During the altercation, Kishor allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed all three. The victims then chased him as he attempted to escape on his bike. Kishor later fled in a car with the help of a friend who reached the spot. Police suspect that Kishor may have crossed into Tamil Nadu. Officers are also verifying whether he has any criminal background.
