Mumbai: Wicketkeeper-batter Sanju Samson has been retained in India’s T20I squad for the upcoming tour of Australia, following his inclusion in the Asia Cup squad. Suryakumar Yadav will lead the side, with Shubman Gill named vice-captain. The squad features a mix of experienced names and young talents.

The five-match series begins on October 29 in Canberra, followed by games at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on October 31, Hobart on November 2, and the Gold Coast on November 6. The tour will conclude at the Gabba in Brisbane on November 8.
