Chhattisgarh ended Kerala's unbeaten run in the Women's Under-15 One-Day Trophy with a six-wicket win in Indore on Tuesday.

Captain and opener Yati Sharma scored an unbeaten 78 off 60 as Chhattisgarh chased down Kerala's modest total of 113/6 (35 overs) in the 22nd over. Sharma hit 13 boundaries in her innings.

For Kerala, Aryananda N S bagged two wickets, while Adhya Jinu and Lekshida Jayan claimed a wicket each.

Earlier, Kerala made 113/6 with captain Ivaana Shani top-scoring with 38 runs. Lekshida made 26, while Palak Singh took two wickets for Chhattisgarh.

Kerala had beaten Mumbai and Pondicherry earlier in their Elite Group E fixtures. Kerala next play Chandigarh on Thursday.
