National Games: Kerala through to final in men's football

Ahmedabad: Kerala beat Karnataka 2-0 to enter the men's football final at the National Games here on Sunday.

Mohammed Ashiq gave Kerala a dream start by scoring in the second minute.

The winners led 1-0 at the half-time break.

Ajish P doubled the lead in the 55th minute.

Kerala are aiming for their third gold having triumphed in 1987 and 1997.
