Italian football giants AC Milan have handed over a special club jersey to Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.

AC Milan Kerala Academy technical director Alberto Lacandela handed over the jersey to Vijayan during a meeting at the Kozhikode guest house.

The jersey, marked No. 1, has been signed by Milan stars such as Swedish legend Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
