Kasaragod: Kasaragod shot putter V S Anupriya won the bronze medal in the Trinbago Commonwealth Youth Games at Port of Spain in Trinidad and Tobago.

Anupriya won the second medal for India at the Under-18 athletics championship with a throw of 15.62m at Hasely Crawford Stadium on Monday night.

Karnataka swimmer Shoan Ganguly (18) won the silver medal in the 400m individual medley in the men's category.
