Kerala govt proposes compulsory dog sterilisation and microchipping. Breeding centres need licenses; mobile ABC units to begin soon
Talking about the measures adopted to tackle the issue, the minister said 30 centres are ready to sterilise stray dogs and animal birth control centres will come up in 152 blocks.
