The court's observation came on a petition by a class 10 student of a private unaided school here whose name was struck off the roll due to non-payment of fees and who sought directions to be permittted to sit in the upcoming CBSE board examinations.
All examinations will start at 10.30 am, the CBSE said in a circular.
The board had earlier announced it will conduct theory examinations for Classes 10 and 12 for the academic year from February 15, 2023.
