The French pair recovered from a set down to beat Americans Coco Gauff and Jessica Pegula 2-6, 6-3, 6-2.
The World No 1 had triumphed at Roland Garros in 2020.
World No. 1 Swiatek crushed her Russian opponent 6-2, 6-1 while teenager Gauff recorded a comfortable 6-3, 6-1 win over Trevisan in the semifinals.
She defeated Belgian Elise Mertens 6-4, 6-0 in the fourth round.
Gauff, who shot to fame as a 15-year-old when she reached the fourth round at Wimbledon in 2019, urged the 18-year-old Raducanu to take time away from her phone.
The pair appeared evenly matched early on but the 17-year-old Gauff handed Stephens a critical break with a double fault on the last point in the ninth game and never regained the momentum from her 28-year-old opponent.
Sixteen-year-old African-American Gauff said on Twitter this week she would "always use my platform to help make the world a better place," and on Friday called for action from others in a TikTok video posted to her Twitter account.
The American teenager says she found it tough to deal with the hype and mental pressure brought on by her rapid rise in the tennis world.
'It breaks my heart because I'm fighting for the future for my brothers,' said Gauff. 'I'm fighting for the future for my future kids, I'm fighting for the future for my future grandchildren.'
The 15-year-old American sensation, 24 years Venus' junior and the youngest player in the draw, eased to a 7-6(5), 6-3 win in the clash of generations at Margaret Court Arena, her first main draw appearance as a direct Grand Slam qualifier.
