It seems, even budding superstar Sara Ali Khan could not resist the charm of Kerala backwaters. The starlet was in God's own country, celebrating Christmas with her best friend Kamya.
Sara shared quite a few pictures of her Christmas celebration without mentioning the location but it is very clear that she is enjoying Kerala's backwaters on a typical houseboat at Lemon Tree Resort in Alappuzha.
She is seen posing against the beautiful sunset on the Vembanad and on the houseboat. A self-confessed foodie, Sara also seemed to have enjoyed Kerala cuisine as she is seen sipping filter coffee with an elaborate spread of Kerala curries in front of her.
She also posted a short video captioned “Start your day with a splash” as she appears out of the swimming pool at the resort.
Sara could not get enough of her trip as she posted a throwback picture captioned “take me back to the backwaters already” and we don't blame her because Kerala's backwaters are an experience one does not forget easily.
Sara was last seen in Rohit Shetty's 'Simmba' with Ranveer Singh. She will soon be seen in Imtiaz Ali's romantic drama 'Aaj Kal' with real life beau Kartik Aaryan.
