Dubai: Palm Jumeirah, a string of artificial islands with luxurious facilities, is among the architectural marvels in Dubai. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and ruler of Dubai, has now approved yet another futuristic master plan for the country. The new project named Palm Jebel Ali will be double the size of Palm Jumeirah.

When completed, Palm Jebel Ali will add around 110 km of coastline to Dubai, where 80 new hotels and resorts would come up.

Announcing the new project, Sheikh Mohammed said that it reflects the growth of Dubai and the prosperity achieved by the city.

Apart from the 110-km coast, attractions of Palm Jebel Ali will include wide green areas and a luxurious beach-side lifestyle. People can apparently lead a life of the highest quality in the area.

“We have already announced the plan to double the economy of Dubai in 10 years. Every day, we have to strive to turn Dubai into the world’s most beautiful city,” said Sheikh Mohammed while unveiling the master plan of Palm Jebel Ali.
