Dubai: The next season of the Global Village in Dubai will start on October 18 this year. Organisers had earlier invited traders, small-scale industries and entrepreneurs to take part in the event. This is the 28th season of the Global Village and it will be open till the end of April.
According to the village authorities, participants will receive assistance regarding staff visas, import of items, godowns to store their goods, registration and installation of electronic payment systems.
Details regarding registration will be available on the website of Global Village, officials added.
The venue opens at 4 pm and closes at midnight. It is reserved for ladies and families alone on Tuesdays. The event has the pavilions of 27 countries, a space reserved for Emirati heritage and another section called the Road of Asia.
Various rides, carnival zones, visual illusions, mirror maze, 4D theatre, house of fear and more are part of the fest.
