Special trains | Reserve your seats on Malabar Exp, Maveli Exp from today

Thiruvananthapuram: The reservation for the special services of Mangaluru-Thiruvananthapuram Malabar Express, Madurai-Punalur Express and Mangaluru-Thiruvananthapuram Maveli Express is set to begin from 8 am today (December 2). Only those with confirmed tickets will be allowed entry into the station and the train.

Malabar Express and Madurai-Punalur Express will start special service on December 4, while Maveli Express will begin services on December 10. 

Chennai Egmore- Guruvayur, Chennai-Mangaluru, Chennai-Thiruvananthapuram, Chennai- Palakkad, Kochu Veli -Nilambur Rajya Rani Express will resume services on December 8. 

Gorakhpur -Thiruvananthapuram train till Dec 2

The service of the Gorakhpur-Thiruvananthapuram special train has been extended up to December 27. Its services to Thiruvananthapuram are on Fridays and Sundays. This month the services will be on December 4, 6, 11, 13,18, 20, 25 and 27.   

The services from Thiruvananthapuram have been extended up to December 30. The train will depart from Thiruvananthapuram on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. In December the services will be on 8, 9, 15, 16, 22,23, 29 and 30.  

The Bengaluru-Kanyakumari daily special services have been extended up to December 31 and the return train from Kanyakumari to Bengaluru has been extended till January 2. 

The booking for all special trains will begin on December 2.

Reservation must

No journey will be allowed without advance reservation. Being special trains, barring relaxation for the differently-abled persons, no other travel passes will be permitted.
