Trains via Kottayam diverted due to track doubling

Kottayam: Trains in Kottayam route would either be rescheduled or diverted due to track doubling works between Ettumanoor and Chingavanam. Theses restrictions will be in effect from 4 February to 5 March. These are the trains that would be diverted via Alappuzha:

226647 Korba – Kochuveli Express (this train would be diverted on 7, 11, 14, 18, 21, 25 and 28 February and on 4 March)

17230 Secunderabad – Thiruvananthapuram Sabari Express (this daily train would be diverted from 14 February to 5 March)

16649 Mangaluru – Nagercoil Parasuram Express (14 – 23 February)

12202 Kochuveli – Lokmanya Tilak Garibrath (diverted on 17 and 20 February)

18567 Visakhapatnam – Kollam (18 February)

Except the Garibrath, all other trains have stops at Ernakulam South, Cherthala, Alappuzha, Ambalappuzha and Haripad stations. Meanwhile, Garibrath would stop at all these stations except Cherthala.

Trains that would be restricted

15906 Dibrugarh – Kanyakumari Vivek Express (this train would be held for 45 minutes 15 and 22 February and for 15 minutes on 1 March between Ernakulam and Kottayam)

22678 Kochuveli – Yashvanthpura Super Fast (would be held for 30 minutes between Ernakulam and Kottayam on 18 February)

12625 Thiruvananthapuram – New Delhi Kerala Express (would be held between Kayamkulam and Kottayam for 35 minutes on 24, 25 February and on 3 and 4 March)
