Partially cancelled trains
16342 Guruvayur Intercity Express starting from Thiruvananthapuram Central on April 5, 9 will terminate service at Ernakulam.
16341 Guruvayur-Thiruvananthapuram Intercity Express is partially cancelled between Guruvayur and Ernakulam on April 6, 10. The train will start service from Ernakulam on these days.
16187 Karaikal-Ernakulam Express starting journey on April 5, 9 will terminate the service at Wadakkancherry.
16127 Chennai Egmore-Guruvayur Express leaving Chennai on April 5, 9 will end trip at Ernakulam.
12684 Banaswadi-Ernakulam Super Fast Express starting the trip from Banaswadi (near Bengaluru) on April 5 will terminate the service at Mulankunnathukavu, instead of Ernakulam.

12623 Thiruvananthapuram Mail starting from MGR Chennai Central on April 5, 9 will be held up on Thrissur-Palakkad section for 50 minutes.
12618 Mangala Express leaving Hazrat Nizamuddin on April 4, 8 and bound for Ernakulam will be delayed for 45 minutes on Shoranur-Thrissur section.
16526 Bangalore-Kanniyakumari Island Express starting from KSR Bengaluru on April 5, 6 to run late by 35 minutes on Palakkad-Thrissur section.
16305 Ernakulam Junction-Kannur Intercity Express to be held up for 30 minutes on April 6.
16328 Guruvayur-Punalur Daily Express starting on April 6, 10 will be delayed by 20 minutes.
22660 Yog Nagari Rishikesh-Kochuveli Weekly Superfast Express which has departed from Rishikesh on April 4 to be held up for 15 minutes between Shoranur and Thrissur.
12218 Kochuveli Superfast which will leave Chandigarh on April 8 to be delayed by 15 minutes on the Shoranur-Thrissur route.
