Kochi: The Railway has resumed distribution of blankets and linen to passengers in air-conditioned compartments in 20 trains conducting services through Kerala. The trains are:

Ernakulam-Ajmer
Chennai-Kollam Express
Kanyakumari-Katra Himsagar
Thiruvananthapuram-Veraval
Nagercoil-Gandhidham
Thiruvananthapuram-Madurai Amrita
Thiruvananthapuram-Mangaluru Maveli
Kochuveli-Nilambur Rajyarani
Kollam-Visakhapatnam
Chennai-Mangaluru West Coast

Meanwhile, the Railway authorities said that blankets would be provided to AC passengers in all trains in a phased manner. Earlier, the Railway had stopped giving bedrolls and blankets to passengers as part of the COVID-19 containment measures.
