Aluva: Train services through Aluva will face disruptions on Wednesday, August 6, due to scheduled maintenance work on Bridge No. 176, railway authorities have announced.

As part of the track maintenance, the following train services have been fully cancelled for the day:

  • Train No. 66609 Palakkad Junction – Ernakulam South MEMU
  • Train No. 66610 Ernakulam South – Palakkad Junction MEMU

Several long-distance trains will also experience delays:

  • Train No. 22645 Indore Junction – Thiruvananthapuram North will be delayed by 1 hour 30 minutes.
  • Train No. 16308 Kannur – Alappuzha Executive will be delayed by 1 hour 20 minutes.
  • Train No. 17230 Secunderabad – Thiruvananthapuram Central Sabari Express will be delayed by 30 minutes.

Passengers have been advised to check real-time updates through the National Train Enquiry System (NTES) website or mobile app before planning their journeys.
