Dubai Airport surprises flyers with gifts to make them smile: Passengers impressed

Multiple disruptions, airspace closures, and flight cancellations due to the West Asian conflict have made flying an extremely tense experience of late. However, the staff at Dubai International Airport have come up with a way to bring a small smile to its customers' faces. The airport staff here are distributing cute, small souvenir packs to its departing passengers, to offer them comfort and ensure hospitality. 

The packets include items such as keychains, Dubai-themed magnets, pictures, and printed notes to express gratitude to the passengers and assure them that their safety is a priority. A note reads, "As you depart, please accept this small token of appreciation on behalf of Dubai. We are truly appreciative of the way you have handled the unique situation over the past few days. Dubai always prioritises the safety and well-being of all citizens, residents and visitors, and we hope you saw this for yourself. We wish you a safe return and look forward to welcoming you back."

Many flyers have been sharing the souvenirs they received at the airport on their social media pages, appreciating the staff's efforts to cheer them up. "Dubai truly never fails to surprise me. It's moments like these that remind you why this city feels like home," said one of the flyers on Instagram. "Just dropped off my parents at the airport and they were given this token of appreciation," said another customer, sharing the special note and magnets they received.
