In an exclusive online interview given to Onmanorama's Ayyappan R, Thamp (Thampu) cinematographer Shaji N Karun recalled the risk he took to develop the celluloid film. Thamp will be screened in the Cannes Classic under the Restoration World Premieres category on May 21, 2022.
