36 Malayalis Return From Nepal Floods; 7 Still Missing | Onmanorama News

A 36-member Malayali group stranded in Nepal after the flash floods returned to Kochi bringing relief to their families.
The group had gone on a week-long tour and narrowly escaped the floods. Meanwhile, 680 deaths have been confirmed and around 3,000 people are missing, including seven Malayalis.
As the search enters its fifth day, rescue teams continue to look for those trapped under debris. Efforts to trace 275 Indians still remain unsuccessful.
