CMRL-Exalogic Deal: Kerala govt decides to probe transactions of Pinarayi, Riyas, Veena

The Kerala government has ordered a probe into the CMRL-Exalogic transactions involving Pinarayi Vijayan, T Veena and P A Mohammed Riyas, following the Enforcement Directorate’s recommendation.
The ED has alleged that ₹2.78 crore was paid to Exalogic by CMRL and sought action under the Prevention of Corruption Act. The government’s decision followed the Advocate General’s legal opinion. A preliminary inquiry will be conducted before an FIR, if required.
