Corruption case ordered against CPM leader Pinarayi Vijayan; ED's next move?

The HC has ordered the Vigilance to file an FIR against Pinarayi Vijayan, Veena and Mohammad Riyas in CMRL-Exalogic case based on a letter submitted by the Enforcement Directorate. It's a major setback for the CPM. What is ED's next move and how CPM plans to counter this.
