₹2,233 crore more: Keralam CM defends GNA power purchase over Himachal offer

Keralam Chief Minister VD Satheesan has defended the government's decision to purchase electricity through private power trading company GNA, saying the alternative offer from Himachal Pradesh would have imposed an additional financial burden of around ₹2,232 crore on the state.
