The department of English Sacred Heart College, Thevara organised Subhi Tresa Sebastain Memorial Seminar on 17th December 2018, Monday.
Subhi Tresa Sebastian was a member of the faculty of English from 2010 to 2016.The department hosted this seminar as a tribute to her who died without realizing her potential for an outstanding academic life .
The topic for the seminar was 'Humanities and Literature in the Techno-social Imaginary of a Knowledge Society'.
The seminar took up for discussion some of the fundamental questions related to the role of intellectuals and academies in the transformational narrative of the fourth industrial revolution.
