Thrissur: The team of young boys from LBS College of Engineering and Technology, Kasaragode has once again prove their sportsmanship with a stunning victory in the All Kerala Engineers Trophy Handball Championship.

The finals saw an exciting match between LBS and Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Kottayam.

The LBS team sponsored by the UDSF College Union, had previously won the KTU F Zone Championship beating the North Malabar Institute of Technology, Kasaragod for 18-11.

The semi-final against Government Engineering College, Thrissur, was a close call for the winners. The team from LBS however, made the most of it by taking a lead of 2 goals and advancing into the finals. The carefully curated team of Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Kottayam, were tough opponents.

The match was held on March 10.
