How to check KEAM 2019 second allotment list

The second list of Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical 2019 exam will be released today. The first list of the same exam was released on June 21.
The state-wide exam was conducted on May 02 and 03 by Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala (CEE). The students who make it to the second allotment list have to pay the fees between July 09 and 12, either to the CEE online or through India post to the principal of their alloted college.
The exam was taken by 1,83,823 candidates this year in an offline mode.
Here's how you can check the list:
STEP I: Log on to www.kerala.gov.in
STEP II: Click on the allotment list link that will appear with a 'New' tag
STEP III: Enter the required student details
STEP IV: View/print the list.
