Admission to the PG diploma courses at the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) has started.

1. Journalism (English)

2. Journalism (Hindi)

New Delhi – 68 seats

3. Radio & TV journalism

4. Advertising & PR seats

5. Journalism (Malayalam)

Kottayam – 17 seats

The admission process only for the Malayalam courses had started earlier. The last date for submitting applications has been extended to September 23. (Mobile: 94476 54235)

All graduates and final-year degree students can apply for the one-year course. 

Candidates should be born on or later than August 1, 1995. Those from the scheduled caste and differently-abled candidates have been given an exemption of five years. And three years for OBC candidates.

Five seats have been allotted for the NRI/NRI-sponsored category for each programme.

There is no entrance examination this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A brief note on why the candidate wants to pursue journalism should also be included.
