NEET 2020: AYUSH counselling registration from Nov 26

The online counselling schedule for the AYUSH (Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy) undergraduate courses has been announced. The registration will begin on November 26. 

The selection is based on the NEET rank list. 

The AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) of the Union AYUSH Ministry conducts the allotment process.

Fifteen per cent of the seats at the government/aided institutions, central universities, national institutes, and private colleges; and all the seats at the deemed universities will be included in this counselling.

The respective state governments will carry out counselling for the all-India quota seats at the private institutes (other than the deemed universities).

Institutions in Kerala will also be included in the AYUSH counselling list. 

Though the registration time is till 5 pm, the option to reset will be stopped by 2 pm.

• Registration fee: All-India quota, government/aided colleges - Rs 1000. Those in the SC/ST and differently-abled category - Rs 500. Private colleges and deemed universities - Rs 5000.

• Security amount: Government/aided colleges - Rs 10,000. Private colleges and deemed universities - Rs 50,000. Candidates seeking admission to all institutions and categories together, need to pay only Rs 55,000 (50,000+5,000).
