Apply now for the second round of plus one supplementary allotment

Thiruvananthapuram: The applications for the second round of supplementary allotment of seats for higher secondary Plus-One courses could be submitted from Wednesday, Nov 17, onwards.

The details of the vacant seats is available on the website.

Online applications could be submitted from 10 am on November 17 to 4 pm on November.19 Those who didn’t get admission, despite applying in the first round of supplementary allotment, can renew their options based on the vacancies.

There are around 42,807 vacant seats in the government and aided schools. Meanwhile, 41,473 applicants are yet to get admission. There are a smaller number of vacant seats in six districts including Malappuram. However, districts like Pathanamthitta and Alappuzha have more seats than what is required. Meanwhile, 28,487 vacant seats have been reported in unaided schools.

In Malappuram, 11,161 students are yet to receive admission. However, the total number of vacant seats here is 4,155, thus around 7,006 candidates would be left out.

In Palakkad, around 5,001 candidates are vying for admission to just 2,764 seats. In all 4,859 students are yet to get admission in Kozhikode where 2,716 vacant seats have been reported.
