Agnipath recruitment rally for five key posts in Kollam in Nov

Thiruvananthapuram: The recruitment rally to five posts in the Indian Army as per the new Agnipath scheme would be held at Kollam from 15 November onwards. The online registration will be on from August 1 to 30.

Male candidates from Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Idukki and Ernakulam districts can take part in this rally.

The applicants should be in the age group of 17½ - 23.

The rally for seven districts in Kerala from Thiruvananthapuram to Ernakulam has been scheduled from 15 to 30 November at the Lal Bahadur Shastri Stadium in Kollam.

The admit card of the registered candidates would be sent to their email address between 1 and 10 November.

The rally would be held by the Thiruvananthapuram recruitment office under the Bengaluru recruiting zone.

Posts and eligibility
Agniveer General Duty: The candidates have to pass Class 10 with at least 45% marks or 33% for each subject or ‘D’ grade.

Agniveer Technical: The candidates should have passed Plus-Two with at least 50% marks. Besides, they should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English as the core subjects or 40% for each subject.

Agniveer Clerk: The candidates need to pass Plus-Two with 50% marks. 50% marks in English and one of Maths, Accounts and Book Keeping is mandatory.

Agniveer Store-keeper Technical: Same as above

Agniveer Tradesman: Candidates should pass Class Ten with at least 33% marks in each subject.
