You can apply for the All India Council for Technical Education’s (AICTE) postgraduate Scholarship at the https://pgscholarship.aicte-india.org website till November 30th. The first-year students seeking full-time AICTE - approved Post Graduate Scholarship scheme for 2022-23 can apply after qualifying for one of these-GATE/GPAT/CEED. The students should have an Aadhar-linked savings bank account. A joint account will not be valid.
They will receive a monthly scholarship of Rs 12,400 for 24 months. If they complete the course before the stipulated time, their scholarship will be stopped. There might be some difference in the amount. MA, MTech, M Arch, M Fam, and M Design full-time programmes have more consideration.
Those who are getting scholarships should strictly follow the rules related to holidays. If you are taking monetary help from any other institution, this scholarship will not be given. AICTE scholarship is not available for foreigners and to those who have joined on the basis of sponsorships and management quota.
The academic activities should be satisfactory. They should involve weekly in 8-10 hours of teaching, research, and Lab development/maintenance according to the demands of the college. And the principal should officially approve it. The scholarship will be stopped in case of disciplinary violation. If you discontinue the course midway, you are liable to pay back the fees.
