M Tech, MBA, M Sc at Digital University; Aptitude test on June 24

The Digital University Aptitude Test (DUAT) for M Tech and M Sc programmes for the academic year 2023-24 will be held on June 24. The Digital University Research Aptitude Test (DRAT) is on June 25. The examinations will be held on the proctored online method.

Applicants who have appeared or are appearing for the final-year/semester examination may also apply for the PG programmes provided they have passed all the examinations prior to the final semester.

The following are the postgraduate and doctoral programmes offered by the Digital University Kerala (DUK).

Courses
1.  Mtech
Candidates should have obtained at least 60% marks (or equivalent grade) in BTech/MSE/MCA. They need to possess a valid GATE/DUAT (Digital University Aptitude Test)/CUET-PG score. Following are the various MTech courses:

A) Computer Science & Engineering
Specialization: Connected Systems and Intelligence/Artificial Intelligence/Cyber Security Engineering.
Total seats: 90.

B) Electronics Engineering
Specialization: AI Hardware/Signal Processing & Automation/VLSI/Agri-Food Electronics/Sensors/Applied Materials/IOT and Robotics/Biomedical Electronics/ Unconventional Computing/Signal Processing Hardware
Total seats: 60

C) Electronics Engineering – Semiconductor Manufacturing and Technology.
Total seats: 10

D)  Electronic Product Design. Total seats: 15

2. M Sc
The eligibility criteria are given on the website. The various programmes offered include:

A) Computer Science
Specialization: Machine Intelligence/Cyber Security.

B) Computer Science – Data Analytics
C) Applied Physics – VLSI Design

D) Data Analytics
Specialization: Geoinformatics/BioAI/Computational Science

E) Electronics

Specialization: AI Hardware/VLSI/Agri-food Electronics/Sensors/Applied Materials/IoT and Robotics/ Biomedical Electronics Unconventional Computing/ Signal Processing Hardware.

F) Ecology – Ecological Informatics

3. MBA
Candidates need to possess a valid score in CAT/KMAT/CMAT/NMAT/GRE.
Specialization: Business Analytics/Digital Governance/Digital Transformation/Finance/Human Resources/Information Security Management/Marketing/Operations/Systems/Technology Management.

You may apply for all the programmes through the link https://duk.ac.in/admission/apply.

One has to apply for the interested course and for the aptitude test through the same link. The application fee is Rs 750 for General category students and Rs 375 for those belonging to the Disabled category. You need to file separate applications if they are applying for more than one course.

The PhD application fee is Rs 1,500 while it’s free for students belonging to the Schedules Caste/Disabled categories. The PhD interview will be held in July.
