New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has clarified that it has not availed any assistance from external agencies to prepare sample question papers for Classes 10 and 12.

Certain private portals recently arrived on the scene, offering students the promise of enabling them to download updated sample question papers from their websites. Reports then claimed that the CBSE was collaborating with them to prepare the question papers.

The CBSE authorities informed students that all question papers are available on its website for free and that they need not depend on private institutions to obtain them.
