Anusha CM of Prajyoti Niketan College finishes 2nd in inter-university women's yoga championship

Thrissur: Prajyoti Niketan College shines at the  All India Inter-University Women's Yoga Championship held at Kalinga Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar after its third-year BCom student Anusha CM finished second in the Individual category in the yoga competition. Anusha represented Calicut University as she was a member of the university's yoga team that won the title of the competitive event.

It is the first time that the University of Calicut has won a medal at the inter-university championship by competing with several others.

Calicut University also finished twelfth in the South India competition which was held at Anna University. 

The Yoga Team was led by the trainers Dhanya V P, Assistant Professor, Center for Physical Education, University of Calicut and Benny K D, Director School of Yoga are the trainers. Congratulations to the other members:
