MG University postpones Friday's examinations

Kottayam: MG University has announced the postponement of all examinations scheduled for Friday, October 11, in view of the pooja holidays.
MG University exams revised schedule
The exams have been rescheduled for the following dates:
- Fourth semester MA, MSc, M.Com, MCJ, MSW, MTA, MTTM, MHM, MMH (CSS 2018 Admission Supplementary) – October 25
- Fifth semester IMCA (2023 Admission regular, admissions from 2017 to 2020 supplementary) – October 18
- Model 2 BA, BSc, B.Com (Special mercy chance for admissions from 1998 to 2008, Adalat special mercy chance 2018) – October 16
- Third semester MA (HRM 2023 Admission regular, 2021, 2022 admissions supplementary) MHRM (2020 Admission supplementary, 2019 first mercy chance, 2018 second mercy chance) – October 28.
The Kerala government had earlier declared holiday for all educational institutions on October 11. According to the academic calendar, October 12 has been designated a holiday for all educational institutions in the state for Mahanavami.
Although the academic calendar marks October 11 as Durgashtami, October 12 as Mahanavami, and October 13 as Vijayadashami, this year, according to the lunar calendar, Ashtami will occur on the evening of October 10, when the "Pooja Veyp" ritual will be held.
