Urvashi to share screen space with 'Thug Life' actor Joju George as 'Aasha' goes on floors

Veteran actor Urvashi is all set to team up with 'Thug Life' actor Joju George in her next film 'Aasha'. The film went on the floors in Kochi on Tuesday with a traditional pooja ceremony held at the Thrikkakkara Vamana Moorthy Temple. Vijayaraghavan, Aishwarya Lekshmi, and 'Pani' movie fame Ramesh Girija will also be seen in prominent roles in the movie. The film is set to be released in five Indian languages, underscoring its pan-Indian appeal. The title-look poster of 'Aasha' was also unveiled during the ceremony, sparking interest among film enthusiasts.

Presented by Ajith Vinayaka Films, the film is produced by Vinayaka Ajith. 'Aasha' marks the directorial debut of Safar Sanal, who also pens the story. The screenplay and dialogues are jointly written by Joju George, Ramesh Girija, and Safar Sanal.

Madhu Neelakandan will crank the camera for the film, while editing is by Shan Mohammed. Midhun Mukundan will handle the film's music.
