Aasha movie features Joju George and Urvashi in lead roles, marking their first collaboration.
Urvashi National Award winner received a grand welcome on the sets of 'Aasha'. This Malayalam film marks a significant collaboration and is currently being filmed in Kalady.
Along with Joju, actor Deepak Parambol and several other actors, including a stuntman, were also injured.
‘Pani’ was not only Joju George’s debut as a director but also marked the biggest success of his acting career.
Vijayaraghavan, Aishwarya Lekshmi, and 'Pani' movie fame Ramesh Girija will also be seen in prominent roles in the movie.
Joju had previously alleged that the makers had earlier told him that the version containing profane words and expletives would only be released at the film festivals, while another version would be released for the public.
Joju in his recent interview had said the makers had misled him, claiming that the scene in which he utters profane words and expletives, would not be released but only sent for the awards.
Joju admitted he was not paid for the work and added that he was hurt because the makers went back on their agreement regarding the dialogues in the movie.
Recently, Kamal Haasan had praised the actor's work in films, including 'Iratta'.
Joju, clearly moved by the praise, stood up, folded his hands in gratitude, and was seen tearing up on stage. The heartfelt moment has since gone viral on social media.
