Southern superstar Nayanthara took to social media on Sunday to wish her mother a very special birthday. Sharing a childhood throwback on Instagram Stories, the actress posted a sweet moment where her mother planted a peck on her cheek, with her brother Lenu Kurian standing beside them. Accompanying the photo was a heartfelt message, calling her Amma “the heart of the family.”

Nayanthara wrote, “Happy birthday my dearest Amma. No words will ever be enough for the love, sacrifices and prayers you’ve poured into our lives. You are the heart of our family, the strength behind every step we take and the blessing we thank the universe for every single day. Love you Amma.” The actress, known for her warmth, frequently shares such personal tributes, whether for her mother, her husband Vignesh Shivan, or her two sons, Uyir and Ulagam.

On the professional front, Nayanthara has an impressive lineup of films. She will be seen in 'Dear Students' and 'Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu', while she has also been roped in for the highly anticipated Yash-starrer 'Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups'. Directed by Geethu Mohandas, the drama will also feature Kiara Advani and Darrell D'Silva in pivotal roles, with Akshay Oberoi making his South debut. Set against the backdrop of a bygone era, 'Toxic' revolves around a powerful drug cartel in Goa, operating behind the facade of sun-soaked beaches and vibrant culture. The film is jointly produced by Venkat K. Narayana and Yash under KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations.
Beyond this, Nayanthara has multiple projects in various stages of production, including 'Mannangatti Since 1960', 'Patriot', 'Mookuthi Amman 2', 'Rakkayie', and 'Mega157'.
