Black tea it is!

He has mesmerised us with his music and the fabulous strokes of his bow. But would he want to whip up something special for his lady love? Meet renowned violinist Balabhaskar. Known for several music compositions including the album Nee Ariyan, Balabhaskar has won many hearts with his commendable violin skills. He is married to his college sweetheart Lakshmi, who is a homemaker. Lakshmi is also said to be one of his greatest critics. When asked as to what he would like to do for the woman in his life, Balabhaskar chuckled and said, “Nothing special. I just want everybody to be happy.” He added, “There is no such distinction between men and women.” **Cooking this Woman's Day** So is the talented musician a good cook too? “The only time I had cooked something for my wife, was a very long ago. I wanted to surprise her in the morning and I had made her a glass of black tea. She was happy until she entered the kitchen! Since then, I have never cooked anything else,” said Balabhaskar. When asked why I hadn't tried again he replied, “My wife does not want me to cook. She knows I will make a mess of the kitchen.” He said that his family consists of light eaters and are quite content with anything as simple as oats. He further mentioned that if he were given another chance to do so, he would try his hand at perfecting that cup of black tea. Probably see to it that the preparation for it is less messier than before. Perhaps under supervision, Balabhaskar explained, he would not mind experimenting with a new dish. “In this case, I do not have to worry about too many things,” he commented.
