'C' for chicken 65 gravy, says Adil Ibrahim

Actor-anchor Adil Ibrahim loves to try out unique chicken dishes. He says that the spicy chicken 65, which is usually served a dry fry, is his favourite dish. Adil shares the special recipe of chicken 65 with gravy.

Ingredients
½ kg boneless chicken
1 cup yogurt
¾ tbsp chilli powder
¾ tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
¼ tbsp turmeric powder
¼ tbsp coriander powder
5 green chillies
3 tbsp tomato sauce
200 gms butter
Curry leaves as required
Salt as required

Preparation
Prepare the marinade by mixing yogurt, chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder and salt as required
Add the chicken pieces into it and mix
Marinate the chicken pieces for at least 3 hours
Fry the marinated chicken in coconut oil
Heat butter in a pan
Add the curry leaves and green chillies and sauté well
Into it add the tomato sauce and mix well
Add the fried chicken pieces and stir for at least 4 minutes for the gravy to stick onto the chicken.
