Dosa and idli, the most popular South Indian breakfast dishes are known for its great nutritional benefits as well. Now, Bollywood diva Katrina Kaif, in an Instagram post, has revealed her love for this simple Indian breakfast combination.
The star says that there is no need to be afraid of eating rice if consumed in moderation. Katrina also shares a tip to make softer and fluffier idlis. She says she adds some yoghurt too in the batter to make the idlis softer.
She usually “prefers having a spread of accompaniments” like moringa-spinach chutney, tomato-beetroot chutney and plain coconut chutney. Katrina also likes sambar or rasam to go with idlis depending upon her mood.
