Discover the unique flavours of Kochi at the 'Guestronomy'

'Guestronomy,' a unique food experience created by some of the well known names in the culinary world will redefine the nuances of hospitality and gastronomic experiences.

In the event hosted at the Le Meridian in Kochi, the noted chefs would share their special bond with each spice and the unique tales behind every special dish that they had created. The Guestronomy event will take place on January 23, 24, 25, and 26. This event is organized by experience curators Sareeka John and Payal Bafna.

Guestronomy is the art of curating experiences by hosting guests and treating them to experiences of a hotel or restaurant.

“This brand started out as a space for personal growth, which we now extend to guests, simply by connecting the dots that are invisible to the untrained eye,” says Sareeka John.

Guestronomy's first event was held in November titled 'Mangalorean Oota.'

Well known chefs like Johnson Ebenezer, Maithreyi Iyer and Avinash Vishan would meet the guests with their incredible tales from the world of flavours and spices.

The first batch of the 12 course dinner would begin at 7pm and the second batch would be at 8.30 pm on all the days of the event. This pre-booked event has limited seating.
