Flambé is a popular French cooking technique in which alcohol or wine is added into the hot pan and set fire to give a special smoky flavour to the dish. It was the actor’s wife Suchitra who found out the recipe for this amazing dish. Suchitra is a fan of plump, white pomfret fish. Mohanlal and Suchitra had cooked this unique delicacy in the kitchen at their flat in Kochi.
Meanwhile, the video was shot and shared on the social media by the actor’s close friend Sameer Hamsa. Mohanlal enjoys cooking tasty dishes for his friends and relatives. His fans have already begun celebrating the ‘flambé’ video of the screen icon.
