Noted nutritionist Loveneet Batra, in her recent Instagram post, shares a few healthy options for breakfast that could help you maintain appropriate body weight while nourishing the body with essential nutrients.

Loveneet says that one should begin their day by eating a filling breakfast that is loaded with protein. She suggests that the first meal of the day should contain at least 20-25 grams of protein.
