Happy occasions and festivities are incomplete without sharing something sweet. Moreover, sweetmeats and desserts are an integral part of Indian cuisine and culture. Manorama Online in association with Dark Fantasy conducts an ‘Onam Dessert Challenge’ to surprise your friends with a unique dessert.
How to take part in the contest:
The contestants should prepare a delicious and unique dessert using Dark Fantasy cookies. A detailed recipe which explains each step of cooking should be sent along with your name, mobile number, place and district to the WhatsApp number +91 7356720333.
The shortlisted recipes would be open for online voting. Meanwhile, the shortlisted candidates would be invited to the grand finale that will be held on 18 September in Kochi.
The contestants should then prepare the dessert as per their recipes within two hours. The winners would be announced at the closing ceremony which is held on the same day.

The recipes should be original
The recipe that is sent during registration should be prepared at the finale, if selected
The employees at ITC, Malayala Manorama, Manorama Online, Manorama News, Radio Mango and MM Publications cannot participate in the contest. Recipes cannot be sent by their close relatives either.
Malayala Manorama company would have the rights to publish the recipes and the pictures of all the entries that are received, in their affiliate publications.
