Pineapple pudding- an eggless dessert idea for Easter

Ingredients
For pineapple mix
1 cup chopped pineapple
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups of water
2 tsp gelatin
For cream
1 cup fresh cream
2 tsp sugar

Preparation
Peel and slice a ripe pineapple
Finely chop the slices
In a saucepan, cook 1 cup chopped pineapple with water and sugar
Run it through a strainer
Melt soaked gelatin through double boiling
Mix the dissolved gelatin and strained water with cooked pineapple
Take some fresh cream and add sugar
Beat it well and add to the pineapple mix
Mix it thoroughly
Pour into a mould
Refrigerate overnight before serving
