Spicy pork curry

Easter is here but don't worry even we are going through a lockdown. You can still make a small feast for the Easter and here's a recipe of a spicy pork curry which can be served with roti or rice. The ingredients are also easily available and affordable.

Ingredients
1 kg pork
3 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 cup thin, long slices of onion
1 tbsp vinegar
Salt to taste
1/2 cup thick coconut milk

Preparation
Soak masala powders in little water.
Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds. When it splutters, add onion and saute till it turns light brown
Add soaked masala and fry it
Stir in the meat and saute
Add water, vinegar and salt
Let the meat cook till oil floats on top
Add 1/2 cup thick coconut milk and allow to simmer
Remove from fire and serve hot.
