Wheat banana cake

This super soft and delicious cake is the perfect dessert to enjoy in case you are on a diet. Check out the recipe.

Ingredients
200 gms wheat flour
250 gms brown sugar
250 ml vegetable oil
50 gms walnuts
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp baking soda
300 gms ripe big banana
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp cinnamon powder
4 eggs

Preparation
Take the ripe big banana and sugar in a mixer jar
Blend well
Add the vanilla essence and the eggs
Blend again
Mix vegetable oil into this
Sift the wheat flour, corn flour, baking soda and cinnamon powder into a bowl
Into it add the blended mixture
Fold well into smooth batter
Transfer the cake batter into an 8 inch greased tin
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degree Celsius
Cut the cake into slices after it has cooled down.
